I haven't followed my plan yet... so I'm just going to try to do 6 miles a day and then a long Saturday run. We'll see. I want to get my mileage average to about 40 per week.

I've owned my own running specialty store and have fit Olympic runners, elite high school and college athletes & literally thousands of everyday athletes with training and racing shoes.
