Morning: Swam 1000m... fighting a cold today.
Afternoon: 5.1 miles @North Riverwalk, 2.5 miles then turnaround
Evening: weights
i've changed home pc's, work pc's and laptops about a dozen times in the past 6 months. Finally it's somewhat stable and I've started to use motionbased.com again to track my runs. I use the Garmin software first, then upload again to motionbased.
