5 miles on the North Riverwalk at lunch. Weight training in the evening with my son.

Friday-Saturday-Sun looks like 8-13-7, but we'll see. I was derailed by the weather once and by my alarm clock once; I'm sure by Sunday morning I'll regret giving myself an 8 miler on Father's Day.
