2010 Goals & New Years Resolutions

I’ve never really hit all my yearly goals, but here they are for 2010:

2010 Running Goals:

  1. Run at least 2010 miles.
  2. Log the miles and, more importantly, blog the miles.
  3. Do the Bridger Ridge Run again this year and beat last year’s time.
  4. Do some 50K trail runs on Saturdays in the spring and summer.
  5. Run with my dog Blessing more often, since she loves it as much as I do.
  6. Walk with my other dog Lucy more often.
  7. Help some non-running friends start running, and do Saturday runs with them.
  8. 3x weight circuit training per week
  9. Complete the abs training videos I keep promising friends.

  • Oh, I like the 2010 miles goal! I was going to make my goal 2000 miles, but 2010 makes more sense.

    I have to make that same resolution about running with my dog more often. He loves it and it’s pure selfishness that I don’t take him more often. Poor pup. A step in the right direction, I DID take him yesterday.

    2010 is a great mileage goal for this year- now I’m in for sure. It’s inconvenient to take the dog sometimes, but worth it!
