About Mike
I began running for fun while in high school in 1975, then continued running while I was in the military during the 1980′s. I started selling running shoes on weekends at our family store in th 1980s, then operating running shoe stores in the 1990′s. I also have a technical side, so in addition to the shoe stores, I’ve worked as a systems administrator in New York City, West Point GA, and Columbus Ga.
Currently I run Below The Knee shoe store in Columbus, GA. Please come by and say hello!
